Applications:
The high guality adhesive ,,Mastercol" is used for gluing ceramic tliles , porcelain tiles, etc. The adhesive can also be used for gluing rock facing slabs (granite, marble, limestone) as well as for laying aerated concrete blocks, thin coating, blanking off cracks and other repair work. The adhesive can glue on hard and smooth outer and inner surfaces of cement-sand and lime-cement-sand plasters and hard putties, concrete, acrated concrete, mosalc, etc
Usage :
The laying base Is cleaned from weak and crumbly sections and the dust is removed. Tho dry adheslve in mixed with water in a ratio of 3 to 0,8 L (25 kg of dry adheslve In approx, 6.8 I of water), The mixture is agitated with an electric mixer or by hand. The wet mixture is left to stay for 10-15 min and then mixed again and the adhesive Is ready for use, The water-mixed adhesive can be used for 5-6 hours at a temperature of 25C. The glue is spread on the base with a toothed or smooth pallet. The open assembly time of the adhesive is 15-20 min. Before gluing, the tiles should not be soaked In water. If the tiles are dust-loaded they should be soaked In water for a short time in order to be washed out. The glue can be used within a temperature range of 5-35C. The consumption of dry adhesive for gluing ceramic tiles is 3-4 kg/m2. The consumption of dry adhesive for laying aerated concrete is 17-20 kg/m3. The tiles can be jointed at least 24 hours after gluing. The facings can be used at least 3 days after gluing. When coatings are made, the adhesive is spread in a 10 mm layer. For obtaining a thicker layer, the adhesive is mixed with cement.
Conditions for storage and transportation:
During transportation and storage the packages should be protected from tearing and wetting. The adhesive can be transported in any type of vehicles and should be stored in dry and indoor warehouses Transport and exploatation 6 months guarantee, from date of production.
