After decorating our flat we have some unused leftover flooring which we’re looking to sell on for half price – would be great for your own small DIY project or for a tradesman looking to add to their stock on the cheap.

We have four full boxes of Wickes Keswick Medium Oak Laminate Flooring which are estimated at 1.48 sq metre coverage per pack – enough to cover a small room or area.
Originally retailing for £16.28 per box (£11 per sq metre), here for £8.14 per box (£5.50 per sq metre).
Also, two packs of Diall 5mm Wood fibre Laminate & solid wood flooring Underlay panels, Pack of 15 each with a coverage of 6.99 sq metre per pack – compatible with the flooring boards.

Finally, a small number of black and white tiles – usually retail for 84p per tile, here for 48p.
These are 200mm x 200mm matt porcelain tiles. There are 10 black tiles and 6 white, which can be used in a chess board pattern or separately. Just enough for floor space round a sink or a splash back wall.
