20mm TG4 Cement Fibre Boards 1200x600mm SPECIAL PALLET DEAL. 34.5m2 (48 Boards) per pallet.
Here we have 14 pallets of fibre cement structural flooring/tilebacker, tongue and groove on all 4 sides. Read on for full description including flaws and why it is so cheap.
Boards are 1200 x 600 x 20mm.
0.72m2 per sheet, 48 sheets (34.5m2) per pallet.
High density, great acoustic properties, very strong and good over underfloor heating as it is highly conductive. The boards are also A1 fire rated.
They will span joists at 400mm centres.
FLAWS:
The boards were bought for a large flooring job but were rejected because the T&G joint quality is poor. When the boards are fitted together there are steps from one board to another and some don't fit together very well. You can see some of the poor joints in the photos.
This would be ideal for someone needing a strong floor to tile over, where the tile adhesive will cover the joint flaws. Could also be used as a structural tile backer on walls over stud partition.
