- 180ltr Gledhill Unvented hot water cylinder - nearly new (was installed brand new in October 2025)
- 18ltr expansion vessel - very good condition (manufactured and installed 2008)
- Complete Hive system (Boiler controller, Nano V2 Hub, cabling and WiFi Thermostat) - very good condition, installed 2017 and has worked flawlessly
- 400mm x 300mm type 11 single Radiator - nearly new (installed in 2024)
No longer needed as I've had a heat pump system installed. All items have been uninstalled with care by professional heat geek engineers.
