A brand new NorDan NTech Villa Alu-clad triple glazed topswing window.
Coloured black aluminium externally and white painted wood internally.
We ordered the wrong sized window for a recent install at our house. Had to get another one, but now have this extra window we don't need!
It is brand new and has never been installed.
It opens outwards, and comes with 2 keys. No brackets but there are 4 large screws included.

U-value product: 0,94W/m²K
Includes a 4,000mm2 vent.
Outward opening topswing reversible sash.
Safety glass externally & internally.
External colour is RAL 7021 matt Black grey.
This is a high-quality window, made in Norway and perfect for a new build or renovation project. It cost us £650 new.
It weighs 31.08 kg, so can't be posted so is for collection. We could deliver locally for a separate fee by arrangement.
