Simpson Strong-Tie H12B10 heavy-duty bent restraint straps.
Size: 1200mm x 28mm x 4mm with 100mm bend.
Galvanised steel. Used for connecting/restraining masonry walls to floors, joists, rafters and trusses.
I have one full pack of 10 plus one loose strap, all unused and left over from a building project.
